My dad, in the 90s, spent close to a decade in the UAE but barring a work trip, had never visited Oman. He visited the Sultan Qaboos Mosque but didn’t get to see much more – it was only a 24-hour layover. However, the constant propaganda he was subjected to via the in-flight entertainment, and the cabin crew he made conversation with, convinced him that the country has a lot to offer. ReplyDeleteYes, actually, you horn is quite shrill to listen to from a nearby distance. It can really scare someone and they will think there is an angry hen behind them.

ReplyDeleteNo....it does not scare anyone. In fact ALL the kids in our complex LOVE it. They always honk the horn when they pass by the cycle...
